10. AI Assistant Restricted Topics
The AI Assistant is not intended to determine right or wrong, decide violations, investigate residents, adjudicate disputes, accuse individuals, or make legal conclusions.
The AI Assistant may decline, limit, or redirect questions involving:
• Specific resident complaints
• Specific addresses, homes, lots, vehicles, pets, tenants, guests, or owners
• Violation determinations
• Fine or suspension validity
• Appeal or hearing strategy

When appropriate, the AI Assistant may route users to Vesta Property Services, Alsop Property Management, emergency services, law enforcement, county agencies, utilities, or another proper authority.

Vesta Property Services should generally be used for Silver Landing HOA account questions, assessments, violations, resident portal questions, document questions, notices, and administrative matters.
If Vesta determines that a matter requires further review, Vesta may route or escalate the matter through the appropriate official process.
12. SilverLeaf Master Association and Alsop
Silver Landing is part of the broader SilverLeaf community structure. Some matters may involve the SilverLeaf Master Association rather than Silver Landing HOA.
For SilverLeaf Master Association matters, permanent exterior ARB requests, master-level architectural review, master documents, master portal questions, or Master ARB application questions, users should generally contact Alsop Property Management or use the Master Association portal.

13. Architectural Review and ARB
The Website may provide general information about architectural review, exterior improvements, and ARB routing.
Permanent exterior ARB requests are currently directed through the SilverLeaf Master Association / Alsop process unless the official process changes.
The Website and AI Assistant cannot approve, deny, evaluate, or predict approval of a specific ARB request.
Users should not begin exterior work based solely on Website content or AI responses. Users should verify the current process, submit required materials through the proper process, and obtain any required written approval before beginning work.
14. Assessments, Payments, Accounts, and Private Information
The Website may provide general information about assessments, account routing, or management contacts.
The Website does not provide account-specific information, assessment balances, payment confirmations, delinquency status, owner records, violation history, complaint history, or private Association information.
For account-specific matters, users should contact Vesta Property Services or use the official resident portal once available.

15. Violations, Enforcement, Fines, Suspensions, and Appeals
