Architectural Review / ARB
Permanent exterior ARB requests for Silver Landing residents (such as fences, pools, exterior color changes, and landscaping) are currently handled through the SilverLeaf Master Association architectural review process. Silver Landing HOA does not currently have a separate direct pre-approval process before the Master process, but all residents are required to comply with Silver Landing governing documents and SilverLeaf Master Association requirements.
